The Most Important Thing This Year Revealed

The Most Important Thing This Year Revealed

First of all, I want to express my deepest gratitude for you being in my life.

I appreciate all that I have learned from you on our connected journey on this planet. I am thankful that our paths have crossed, for the wisdom, the lessons, and the moments we have shared. We shall soon be spending a day where we all consciously focus on being thankful and it is very special we take a day to all do this as a country; it definitely shifts our vibration and increases it.

At the moment I am feeling a deep peace and I am in that space of deriving satisfaction from organizing things. I just got done with cleaning out my purse 🙂 There is a beautiful cover of snow outside and I feel cozy and warm. I am thinking about what to share with you in my newsletter today besides the pause to feel gratitude.I know that we have been through a lot in this year, for some it has been a difficult year for others it has been one of reaping the gifts of seeds previously sewn. Doing our inner work, our healing work, peeling those layers of the onion one layer at a time to heal trauma from our childhood, even to heal trauma that has been passed down from generation to generation is more important than ever right now.

Doing Our Inner Work

I do believe that our world is undergoing a massive awakening on a global scale. This year a lot of people “woke up” to realize that there may be more going on than meets the eye. Many factors came together to create great opportunities for personal and collective growth. Though our circumstances may not be what we consider ideal, there is always a silver lining and we can learn and grow from even the most difficult situations. I can’t stress enough how if you haven’t healed the emotional trauma wounds at this point, it is imperative to do the work. We are not out of the woods yet as far as dealing with external challenges in the next year. However, if you deal with your internal struggles now, then you can be that island of peace amid the chaos that may be seemingly going on around you, the proverbial “eye of the storm.”

When you are at peace in yourself, you begin to be the architect of your own reality. You can make clear choices and decisions, you can clearly evaluate what is working in you and what is not. Then, make conscious choices to repair what isn’t working. You will also be able to manage the fear of change much better and replace fear with hope, anticipation, and excitement.

What Does A Healed Inner Self Feel Like?

When you are healed inside you are not beating yourself up over the past.

You may review and evaluate past experiences and decide what worked and what didn’t and you may decide to make changes in your decisions or your habits, but it is a kind and objective process.

You will remember emotionally traumatic events, but they will no longer hold the emotional charge that they once did. You treat yourself well, and you are connected to yourself at a deep level.

You can have executive CEO discussions with your Inner Self to make sure your life is going in the right direction. A healed Inner Self does not mean that you don’t experience pain, loss, and disappointment, but the pain is a clean pain, you help yourself through it, you are kind and gentle to yourself and that kindness extends to others around you. Basically, you are on your side not fighting against yourself.

As I have been telling you for some time now, complete healing from your emotional traumas is possible
, and I think to have the optimal experience of the exciting changes we are continuing to experience on this planet, it is necessary. So please don’t put it off any longer, text me at 303-242-7824 to see how we can begin our transformational journey together or email me at  dreva@drevamalanowski.com
