I’m happy to be here continuing to connect with you on your journey. I know last year was filled with challenges for many of us and some big growth for some of us. This next year will be the year to take everything we have learned and to implement it into our lives.
I know that we are entering unprecedented times and many may be wondering what is ahead. I do believe that there may be more “interesting” times ahead, however as the old saying goes, “it is darkest before the dawn,” and so after the challenges, we will be rewarded with a fresh and renewed planet and life-path.
A new year is always a wonderful time to re-set and refresh, whether this is through decluttering and letting go of old things, starting a new coaching program, or creating new goals and a new vision for yourself. A simple exercise I like to use is to write two lists:
1: What no longer serves me and what I no longer welcome in my life…
2: What I want more of in my life, what I welcome into my life…
You can then set those lists aside, referring to them once in a while and noticing the shifts begin to happen as your subconscious mind goes to work on your transformation.
In these times that may feel uncertain and challenging it is very helpful to examine the fears that we may still have. I really like to use the SARA exercise. We never want to cover up fears with affirmations, rather we want to recognize and acknowledge a fear, then release it and only then affirm the reality that we want. I would also recommend taking time several times a day to see if you are holding any tension in your body.
You can do this when you are driving your car or doing chores. Just check and make sure you are not clenching your jaw, hunching your shoulders or frowning. If you find that you’re doing these things throughout the day, simply take a deep breath and relax your body. By doing these simple “re-sets” during your day, you will store much less tension in your body and even feel less fatigued at the end of the the day. And of course don’t forget my favorite restorative exercise “Earthing”!
Any of you that have been on-the-fence about delving into healing your fears, anxieties, or phobias through the Trauma to Transformation Program, I can tell you that when you have that solidly integrated foundation, it makes dealing with a shifting and turbulent world so much easier and it is easier when you are receiving the support of an experienced healer and coach. So don’t hesitate to reach out and we can set up a consultation.
I am also excited to announce the start of my Advanced Soul’s Journey for graduates of any of my programs or retreats! Please contact me about this new 12-month group coaching program that is launching this month!
With love & blessings,
