Letting the Old Fall Away to Embrace the New

How can we make space for the OLD to fall away & embrace the NEW?

We have been experiencing a very high level of challenges to the status quo.

The whole old system is being shaken up.  When old systems fall apart there is a period of fear and confusion and even grieving for the old. These feelings may also be experienced when there is change on a personal level, such as a relationship ending.

After these feelings are processed and we look around at the broken piles around us then begins a period of redemption and the beginning of creating something new, but the old ways have to be let go of in order for the creation to start.

It can feel extremely frightening when we are cracked open and fall apart. It can feel extremely frightening when our relationships fall apart, or old systems fall apart. It can feel like all is lost and we will stay this way forever, broken and in despair. Life may even feel like it is not worth living. It is difficult to realize when we are going through this, but it is a stage of change. It is necessary for all the pieces to fall apart. It is OK to be in a place of uncertainty and grief and pain, to look around and not know what has just happened.

Creating something safe, secure, promoting community, something brand new.

The new cannot simply be squeezed into the template of the old. This is true for someone overcoming the process of addiction. You cannot simply stop using and keep all the old ways the same. A whole new way of life is required or you are simply “white knuckling it.”

The new way is to heal all the old stuck places, to heal all the wounds. If the old wounds and traumas are not healed, then unhealthy patterns simply replace the old. Through the process of Inner Work the old wounds can be healed so that a new solid foundation is created on which to build something that is beautiful and new. This healing of the old wounds allows for a new way to emerge. A way that is filled with healthy habits, healthy support systems and healthy connections to the self and others.

“You cannot put new wine in old skins.”

What this quote from Jesus is referring to is that if you try to fit something new into a system that was already there, it won’t fit…and the old will infect the new with the broken ways. Sometimes it is time to totally let go and start fresh because the fresh and new deserves a clean start so that real growth can occur.

At some point we need to fully become the new and to do that the old has to fall apart.

But the healing process is critical and it can take some time. There is no need to rush to create something too fast. We also don’t want to just put some new components of us together and try to make it stick.

Allow all the pieces to fall apart to create a brand new timeline for your life.

Do not be afraid of the pieces falling apart. Allow yourself to grieve and be sad, give yourself some space to be still and relax. Take a look around and assess the situation: Where are you now? What direction do you want to go from here? When the pieces have fallen apart and are loosely held, this is the time to relax and envision the future that you want. This vulnerable time is also the perfect time to step in and get some healing help. Through an energetic process of helping your Emotional Inner Self experience energetically a different outcome to situations that kept him or her stuck, you are literally RECREATING your past so that you can live a different future. All time exists at once, so it is possible to heal and recreate the past. When you heal and recreate the past the future “you” will become different, as well. This is because you have literally created a different timeline with a different outcome because you are no longer burdened by the old patterns that were created by the old hurts and traumas.

I am here to help you energetically recreate the past so that you can step into your ultimate future.

Love to you all and stay safe,

Dr. Eva
